Find out whether your home is in the Downtown maid service area served by Downtown Maid. Our Toronto residential corridor extends from Lake Shore Boulevard to Eglinton Avenue and west from River Street to Kipling Avenue. Start with your postal code and nearest intersection.
Lake Shore Boulevard; addresses south of the road need individual review and are not automatically covered.
North
Eglinton Avenue; locations north of Eglinton are outside the stated corridor.
West
Kipling Avenue; locations west of Kipling are outside the stated corridor.
East
River Street on the downtown side. River Street does not continue all the way to Eglinton, so addresses along the eastern edge farther north require an address check.
Properties on these roads are checked individually. The corridor is a service boundary, not an official downtown neighbourhood boundary. A postal district or neighbourhood name does not extend coverage beyond the named limits.
For a location near the edge, send the building address and nearest intersection. We confirm the address before accepting an appointment; we do not infer a precise eastern extension from a postal prefix.
Check your Downtown maid service area by postal code
Enter your full postal code or its first three characters, then select where the home sits relative to the roads above. This checks format and broad area guidance; it does not verify that a postal code exists or locate a building.
Your entries stay in this page until you choose WhatsApp. That link includes the details you entered in a message draft; you review and send it yourself. This page does not store your entries or request your device location.
Postal prefixes help start the check
The first three characters are the forward sortation area, or FSA. The remaining characters narrow postal delivery further. A prefix is useful for routing an enquiry, but it is not a street-by-street service boundary. These are examples to help start a conversation, not a complete list of accepted addresses.
Examples of maid service areas to check against the road limits
The address relative to River Street and Lake Shore, plus building access.
West-central neighbourhoods
M6G, M6H, M6J, M6K, M6P, M6R, M6S
The nearest intersection, parking entrance and any lake-side boundary issue.
Approaching Eglinton
M4T, M4V, M4W, M5P, M6C, M6E, M6N
The side of Eglinton and any uncertainty about the eastern edge.
Etobicoke side toward Kipling
M8V, M8X, M8Y, M8Z, M9A
The exact address relative to Kipling, Eglinton and Lake Shore; only the portion inside the corridor is considered.
Not listed? Send the full postal code and intersection. A missing prefix is not an automatic refusal. Likewise, a listed prefix is not automatic approval: postal districts can cross a service boundary.
Different areas, different arrival details
Downtown condos and apartments
For a central tower, give the visitor entrance rather than only the street-facing lobby. Ask about concierge registration, elevator access and where equipment can be unloaded. A waterfront postal code needs the Lake Shore boundary check.
West-end homes and smaller buildings
For locations around Queen West, Parkdale, Roncesvalles or the Junction, say whether entry is directly from the street or through a shared building. Identify stairs, parking restrictions and any separate rear entrance before an arrival window is agreed.
Bloor West and the Etobicoke side
Neighbourhood names alone do not identify the service boundary. Near Kipling, give the street number and cross street. Explain whether parking is in a driveway, a visitor garage or on the street, and whether the entrance is accessible from that parking location.
Midtown and the northern edge
Near Eglinton, confirm the street address rather than relying on a prefix shared across the road. For the eastern side north of River Street, request an individual location check before planning a cleaning visit.
A location inside the corridor is not a price quote or a guaranteed appointment. A small home with heavy buildup may need more attention than a larger home that is regularly maintained. Parking, controlled entry and elevator arrangements should be discussed before agreeing the working window.
Send your preferred date, any move or possession deadline, pets and access restrictions. Do not make a special trip or reserve building facilities on the strength of the postal check alone; wait for direct appointment confirmation. Use the contact page for the full enquiry checklist.
Questions about the boundary
Does an M postal code mean I am covered?
No. Toronto extends well beyond this corridor. The named roads and the address check control the service area.
What if my building is on Lake Shore, Eglinton, River or Kipling?
Send the exact address. Boundary properties are reviewed individually, including which side of the road and which entrance serves the building.
Do you serve all of the GTA?
This site offers the stated Toronto corridor, not blanket GTA coverage. Addresses outside the named limits are not advertised as covered.
Does this track my phone or block visitors?
No. This is a service-area enquiry check. Everyone can read the site, and it does not request device location.
Send your postal code, nearest intersection, home type, service, preferred date and access notes to WhatsApp 647-949-8848. Coverage, scope and timing are confirmed before booking. Maid service area.
